Since 1989
Legacy of Trust, Journey of Faith
The story of a small Bhendi Bazaar travel office that three generations of pilgrims have made part of their own.
“A pilgrimage is not a holiday — and it should never be sold like one.”
The conviction Mr. Rashid Ahmed Ali Mohammed Bakhla built this company on — and the reason everything that touches your journey stays in our own hands.

Our story
37 years, five chapters
1989
A shop in Bhendi Bazaar
Mr. Rashid Ahmed Ali Mohammed Bakhla opens a small travel office on Imamwada Road, Mumbai — the same office we work from today.
Three generations
The families who return
Grandparents recommend us to parents, parents to children. Most of our pilgrims still arrive the old way — someone they love travelled with us first.
2018
The CEO's 30th Hajj
The people who plan your journey have performed it themselves, year after year — thirty times over, in our CEO's case.
2020
Every rupee returned
When COVID-19 stopped the world, we issued full refunds to all pilgrims. Trust is only real when it costs something.
Today
37 years of Better Pilgrimages
Our own teams in Mumbai, Makkah and Madinah, departures across India, and 4.5★ from 628 public Google reviews.
How we work
Everything in-house, nothing outsourced
Our own kitchens
Indian buffet meals three times a day in Makkah and Madinah, cooked by our own chefs — never outsourced catering.
Our own people
Bakhla staff in Mumbai and in the holy cities — the same faces from booking to boarding to Mina. Never an agent's hired hands.
Homes near the Haram
Hotels chosen for nearness, so your day is spent in worship, not in transit. Laundry done for you; 5 litres of Zam Zam carried home.
Guidance, around the clock
Patient help through every ritual — for first-timers and elders alike — and someone from Bakhla reachable 24/7 until you're home.
Every pilgrim’s kit: Luggage bag · Hand-carry bag · Passport pouch · Musalla · Mat · Tasbeeh · Hajj guide
Transparent pricing: the price we quote is the price you pay.
